You've got it pretty much spot on in targeting colleges and hotels and I'd suspect that with your pricing structure, you make ends meet, rather than aiming for quick, big profits. We deconstruct the units , seperate and bale up the different material. We sell that back to the manufactor to be made into new products such as cars and carpet pad. They even use one of the materials to make Kevlar. There is no reason for a mattress to be  in a landfill. They should be baned from all landfills.
